L'apes, the cultural and urban social development operator of Groupe Action Logement, a key player in social housing in France, has joined forces with Beaux-Arts de Paris in order to entrust the production of artistic creations in an urban environment to artists who are students or recent graduates of the School.

After a first call for projects, the winners are Gaspard LAURENT, 2020 graduate and Daniel NICOLAEVSKY MARIA, 2019 graduate. They will create two series of works intended to take place in a parking lot and on a square, located within a housing complex in Torcy in Seine-et-Marne, owned by the landlord Seqens, a subsidiary of the Group, and inaugurated in the beginning of 2012.
