The Board of Directors of Beaux-Arts de Paris is renewed.

"On the occasion of their appointments, I would like to welcome Laurent Dumas, Chairman of the Board, and the new members of the Board of Directors. I would like to thank them for their support for young artists and their recognition of their place in society. I salute their commitment to supporting us in the future of this benchmark art school, and the major work that we now have to carry out so that we can continue our missions and safeguard this historic monument.        

Finally, I would like to salute Eléonore de Lacharrière, Chairman, and all the members of the outgoing Board of Directors for their active contribution and their attachment to the Beaux-Arts de Paris.


Laurent DUMAS, Chairman and CEO of Emerige, was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts by decree of the President of the Republic dated 08 July 2024, published in the Journal officiel on 09/07/2024. He succeeds Éléonore de Lacharrière, who has held this position since April 2018.


The Minister for Culture has appointed the following qualified individuals as members of the Board of Directors of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, by order dated 2 July 2024. They replace Jennifer Flay, Elisabeth Krief, Fabienne Leclerc, Antoine de Galbert and Hans Van Vliet, whose terms of office expired.

Colette BARBIER, President of the association La Source, founder of the Pernod Ricard Foundation;
Jean-Baptiste de FROMENT, Director of the Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture Paris-Malaquais;
Eva NGUYEN BINH, President of the Institut français ;
Marion PAPILLON, President of the Professional Committee of Art Galleries;
Daniel THIERRY, Chairman of Care Belgium;
Frédéric WORMS, Director of the Ecole normale supérieure.
