Call for applications for the SACRe/PSL 2024 doctoral programme, open from 05 April 2024 to Monday 13 May 2024 at 4pm (Paris time, UTC +1)
The aim of SACRe is to encourage the emergence and development of original projects combining creation and research. This doctoral programme, which is interdisciplinary in spirit, brings together practitioners - in film, music, visual arts, theatre and design - and theoreticians, bringing into play a close articulation of thought and feeling.
This course is the result of cooperation between six PSL University institutions and partners: the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique (CNSAD-PSL), the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris (CNSMDP), the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (EnsAD), the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts (Beaux-Arts de Paris), the École nationale supérieure des métiers de l'image et du son (La Fémis) and the École normale supérieure (ENS-PSL). The aim of the SACRe doctoral programme is to enable research and creation to develop in an exceptional environment, and to enable creators and researchers to work and invent together.
Each art school applies to the joint SACRe/PSL doctoral programme according to a specific audition schedule and protocols:
